powerpc/ftrace: Use FTRACE_REGS_ADDR to identify the correct ftrace trampoline
Instead of keying off DYNAMIC_FTRACE_WITH_REGS, use FTRACE_REGS_ADDR to
identify the proper ftrace trampoline address to use.
